Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including if you change your mind.
- Items must be in unused condition or opened but not used, in their original packaging, and include all original components.
Returns for Reasons Other Than Defects
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defects (e.g., you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), you may do so within the 30-day return window.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in these cases.
- A restocking fee may apply, which will be communicated at the time of the return request.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
